Wellness Six topics, one small step

Eat Well, Sleep Well, Feel Like Yourself

I write about weight, digestion, skin and hair, stress, focus and daily energy. Tell me which one is loudest this week and I will send you straight to the page for it.

About KevinWellness

Health Advice You Can Actually Keep

I got tired of health articles that either frighten people or quietly sell them a powder. So I write the opposite of that. I open each page with a question a reader sent me, name the reason it usually happens, and finish with one thing you can try before bed. There is nothing for sale here, and I will never make you feel bad about a week that fell apart.

Reader Notes

What Changed After A Few Weeks

Tessa Lindqvist Weight balance

I stopped counting every bite and fixed breakfast first. Three weeks on, the late snack raids have gone quiet.

Rowan McAlister Stress balance

The breathing reset takes two minutes and I can do it in a parked car. My evenings feel far less wound up.

Nora Whitlock Digestive balance

Eating slower sounded too simple to matter. It turned out to be the thing that settled my stomach after lunch.

Beau Ferreira Energy and performance

I swapped one late night scroll for a short morning walk. The afternoon crash is a lot smaller than it was.

Common Questions

Things People Ask Me First

  • No, and I would rather you did not. Pick the topic that annoys you most and give it a week. One habit you keep beats five you drop by Thursday.

  • It is not. I write general health information about food, sleep, movement and stress. Anything that worries you, or any symptom that keeps coming back, belongs in front of a doctor rather than a website.

  • Sleep and stress often shift inside a week or two. Weight and digestion move slower, so judge those over a month instead of a few days.

  • No. Every suggestion here runs on food, water, sleep, movement and a bit of patience. If something does cost money, I say so and I say why it is optional.
